Section 69.4.1
Disposition versions
69.4.1. An Associate Commissioner for Audits appointed under section 8 of the Anti-Corruption Act (chapter L-6.1), who exercises the function provided for in paragraph 1.1 of section 10 of that Act, may communicate, without the consent of the person concerned, information obtained under subparagraph y of the second paragraph of section 69.1 to the Autorité des marchés publics for the purposes of Chapter V.1 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (chapter C-65.1).
69.4.1. An Associate Commissioner for Audits appointed under section 8 of the Anti-Corruption Act (chapter L-6.1), who exercises the function provided for in paragraph 1.1 of section 10 of that Act, may communicate, without the consent of the person concerned, information obtained under subparagraph y of the second paragraph of section 69.1 to the Autorité des marchés publics for the purposes of Chapter V.2 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (chapter C-65.1).
