14.1. Any clinical education or training services relating to assisted procreation must be provided at a centre operated by an institution referred to in section 3 or having entered into a service agreement in that respect with an institution referred to in that section.

14.1. Any clinical education or training services relating to assisted procreation must be provided at a facility maintained by a health and social services institution within the meaning of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2).
