15. Every judicial recourse by reason of any act or thing resulting from the exercise of the powers conferred on the Authority by this act shall lie against the Authority and not against the Government.
Nevertheless, no judicial proceedings shall be brought against the Authority unless notice thereof has been given in writing to the Attorney General at the seat of Government and to the Authority at its corporate seat, at least thirty days before the issuing of the summons.
The Minister of Finance shall pay every judgment rendered against the Authority out of the moneys placed at his disposal for such purpose or, if they are insufficient, out of the consolidated revenue fund.
