Disposition versions
93.9. Where a federation is wound up or dissolved, every mutual insurance association that is a member of the federation shall, within 60 days of the deposit of the notice of winding-up or dissolution in the register, pass a by-law or resolution, as the case may be, to affiliate with another federation, apply for the constitution of a new federation, amalgamate with a mutual insurance association, convert into a mutual damage-insurance company or wind up.
93.9. Where a federation is wound up or dissolved, every mutual insurance association that is a member of the federation shall, within 60 days of the deposit of the notice of winding-up or dissolution in the register, pass a by-law or resolution, as the case may be, to affiliate with another federation, apply for the incorporation of a new federation, amalgamate with a mutual insurance association, convert into a mutual damage-insurance company or wind up.
93.9.
