93.67. A member shall have only one vote, whatever the number of common shares he holds.
If the internal management by-laws of the mutual insurance association so provide, a member’s vote may be cast by a representative holding a power of attorney, whether or not he is a member of the association. To be valid, the power of attorney must have been given in the year preceding the meeting and presented to the secretary at least ten days before the meeting. The power of attorney may be used only at that meeting or its adjournments.
