93.36. A mutual insurance association may, by resolution of the board of directors, change the address of its head office within the same locality.
The association shall, within 10 days of the adoption of the resolution, give notice of the change to the Authority and file a declaration to that effect in accordance with the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1).
