Disposition versions
407. Every offence against this Act or the regulations imputable to a legal person is also imputable to all the officers, directors, employees or agents of the legal person who assented thereto or participated therein; they are then liable to the fine provided for the legal person itself, whether or not it has been convicted.
407. Every offence against this act or the regulations imputable to a corporation is also imputable to all the officers, directors, employees or agents of the corporation who assented thereto or participated therein; they are then liable to the fine provided for the corporation itself, whether or not it has been convicted.
