Section 390.1
Disposition versions
390.1. The provisions of this chapter apply, with the necessary modifications, to the winding-up of an insurance company within the scope of a receivership ordered under Chapter III.1 of Title I of the Act respecting the regulation of the financial sector (chapter E-6.1), to the extent that they are not inconsistent with that chapter.
