The members of a mutual insurance company may, in the case specified in this Act, request the company to give notice of a special general meeting, or to indicate in the notice of the annual general meeting or of a special general meeting the proposals they intend to submit to the meeting, and the company is bound to comply with the request. In addition, the company shall place the supporting documents to the proposals indicated in the notice of meeting at the disposal of the members.
