25. Any action for damages arising from the commission of the offence must be instituted within three months after the commission of the offence.

25. Any penal proceedings, as well as any action for damages, must be instituted within three months after commission of the offence.

25. Proceedings for offences against this act shall be governed by the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15), including Part II. Proceedings for fines or damages must be commenced within three months after the commission of the offence.
