71.2. The obligation imposed on the Minister under sections 70, 71 and 71.1 does not apply in respect of a person or family who or which may be granted only special benefits relating to legal aid under the Individual and Family Assistance Act (chapter A-13.1.1).

The obligation imposed on the Minister under sections 70, 71 and 71.1 does not apply in respect of a person or family who or which may be granted only special benefits relating to legal aid under the Act respecting income support, employment assistance and social solidarity (chapter S‐32.001).
