66.1. The Board shall send to the Minister or to the council of physicians, dentists and pharmacists of an institution, upon request, the group practice profile of the health professionals of an institution or of those who practise the same kind of activity in a facility maintained by the institution. That information must contain no mention of the name or address of any professional.
The Board shall send to the head of a clinical department of a hospital centre, upon request, the individual practice profile in an institution of professionals in the field of health who practise their profession in his department.
The Board shall also send, on request, to the regional medical committee established under section 367 of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2), or to a regional board referred to in the said Act, in a non-nominative form, the individual or group practice profiles of the health professionals who practise in the region concerned together with information, in nominative form concerning the specialty in which general practitioners and medical specialists are classified, the fact that they receive or do not receive remuneration from the Board, and the location of their practice, in other words the name of the institution concerned if they practise in a centre operated by an institution, or the name of the locality, in other cases. The Board shall also, on request, send the practice profiles to the organization representing general practitioners and the organization representing medical specialists with which the Minister has entered into an agreement within the meaning of section 19, and to the group formed by the regional boards.
The Government may, by regulation, determine the information that must be given in the practice profile.
