6. Every person who leaves Québec to settle in a province of Canada where there is a similar plan shall continue to be a resident of Québec for the period determined by regulation.

6. Every person who leaves Québec to settle in a province of Canada where there is a similar plan shall continue to be a resident of Québec until the expiry of the waiting period, if any, provided for in such similar plan.
Nevertheless, the preceding paragraph shall not apply to a person for more than four months after he leaves Québec.
