43. The members of the revisory committees shall not be prosecuted by reason of official acts done in good faith in the performance of their duties.

43. The Gouvernement shall appoint, for each member of each committee mentioned in section 42, a substitute who is chosen in the same manner as the member whose substitute he is.
The substitute of a member of a committee shall replace him when he is unable to act or has an interest in a matter referred to the committee.
