Disposition versions
8. The chair and the secretary of the board of directors of the agency are respectively the chair and the secretary of the board of directors of the Fonds.
If the chair is absent or unable to act, the board of directors shall designate a board member to replace the chair.
8. The chairman and vice-chairman of the board of directors of the agency and the secretary are respectively the chairman, the vice-chairman and the secretary of the board of directors of the Fonds.
If the chairman is absent or unable to act, he shall be replaced by the vice-chairman, who shall then exercise his powers and functions.
