Section 29 Disposition versions

1990-01-01

29. The indemnity shall be in the amount of

(1)  $5,500 for every school year missed at the secondary level;

(2)  $5,500 for every term missed at the post-secondary level, up to $11,000 a year.

29. The income replacement indemnity is reduced, as the case may be, by the amount of the disability pension and the pension paid by reason of the accident to the child of a disabled contributor under the Québec Pension Plan or an equivalent plan of another jurisdiction.
