Section 39
Disposition versions
39. The Secretary General, or the person designated by him for that purpose, shall supply certified true copies of any Act to any person who applies therefor, upon payment of the cost fixed by the by-law of the Office of the Assembly. The designation has effect from its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
Sums received under this section are paid into the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
