13. (Repealed).

13. The Bureau shall appoint the members of the committee on admissions to examine all applications for permits, ensure that candidates for permits fulfil all the conditions fixed by this act and the regulations of the Bureau, designate the examiners, supervise the holding of examinations and make final recommendations to the Bureau.
The Bureau shall choose the subjects upon which such examinations shall be held. These examinations must take place in May or on the days fixed and announced by the Bureau.
