128.1. On completion of an investigation pertaining to the matter contemplated in subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph of section 127 and after giving the public body holding the file contemplated in the said subparagraph an opportunity to make written representations, the Commission may(1) order the public body to take the necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information contained in such a file respecting the adoption of a person;
(2) indicate the measures that must be taken to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information contained in such a file;
(3) indicate the special conditions to which the maintenance of such a file may be subject.
The Commission shall exercise the same powers with respect to the Public Curator on completion of an investigation pertaining to the matter contemplated in subparagraph 3 of the first paragraph of section 127.
