Unless the context indicates otherwise, in any other Act or any regulation, ordinance, order in council, order, policy, program, contract or other document, any reference to the Forest Act (chapter F-4.1) or any of its provisions is deemed to be a reference to this Act or the corresponding provision of this Act.
