Section 10.2
Disposition versions
10.2. Where an executive committee is constituted under section 96 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26), the president and vice-president of the Order shall be members of the committee by virtue of office.
Another member of the executive committee shall be designated by a vote of the members of the board of directors from among the members appointed by the Office and two other members shall be designated by a vote of the members of the board of directors from among the elected members.
10.2. Where an executive committee is constituted under section 96 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26), the vice-president of the Order shall be a member ex officio of the committee.
For the purposes of section 97 of the said Code, two rather than three members of the committee shall be designated by annual vote of the elected members of the board of directors from among such members.
10.2. Where an administrative committee is constituted under section 96 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26), the vice-president of the Order shall be a member ex officio of the committee.
For the purposes of section 97 of the said Code, two rather than three members of the committee shall be designated by annual vote of the elected members of the Bureau from among such members.
