3.03.06. Articles 642, 643, 644 and 648 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01) shall apply, with the necessary modifications, to the arbitration held under this Regulation.

3.03.06. Articles 945, 945.3, 945.5 to 945.8 and 947 to 947.4 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) shall apply, with the necessary modifications, to the arbitration held under this Regulation.
