30. An educational institution or the school service centre or school board it comes under, as the case may be, must send to the Commission every year, before 30 June, a statement indicating the number of students contemplated in section 10 of the Act who were under the responsibility of the institution for a training period that began between 1 September of the year preceding the assessment year and 31 August of the assessment year.
