Disposition versions
56. Where a medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist uses the graphic symbol of the Order in an advertisement, except on a business card, he shall include the following notice in that advertisement:
“This advertisement is not an advertisement of the Ordre des technologues en imagerie médicale, en radio-oncologie et en électrophysiologie médicale du Québec and does not commit its liability.”
56. Where a medical imaging technologist or radiation oncology technologist uses the graphic symbol of the Order in an advertisement, except on a business card, he shall include the following notice in that advertisement:
