Disposition versions
13. At the time the salary classes are adjusted, the salary of an officer shall be increased, where applicable, by a rate equal to the rate of adjustment of the salary classes as determined pursuant to sections 12 and 12.0.2 or 12.1. The increase shall not have the effect of taking the officer’s salary above the maximum for the salary class of the position he holds.
The adjustment on 1 April of each year applies to the salary classes or the salary rates, as the case may be, in force on the previous 31 March.
In the case of an officer contemplated in section 24, the salary adjustment shall take into account the salary adjustment paid pursuant to this section for the current year.
