4. For the purposes of section 71 of the Act, the conditions apply to vaccination, by inoculation with a vaccine or immunoglobulins, against any of the following diseases or infections:— Anthrax

— rotavirus infections
— rubella
— shingles
— smallpox
— tetanus
— travellers’ diarrhea
— tuberculosis
— typhoid
— viral hepatitis A
— viral hepatitis B
— yellow fever
