1. The Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases (chapter A-3.001) applies to persons participating in the programs financed by the Department of Human Resources and Skills Development to the extent and on the conditions provided for in the agreement entered into by the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development and the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail, appearing in the Schedule.
1.
