Disposition versions
39. Applications for the granting or transfer of rights still under examination on 27 February 2003 shall continue to be governed by the provisions applicable at the time the applications were filed, unless the applicant chooses to have the application processed in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation by sending a written notice to that effect to the Minister.
Where, on that same date, an authorization of the Government has not yet given rise to the issue of title by the Minister to a person, the person may choose to have the provisions of this Regulation apply by sending a written notice to that effect to the Minister.
