Section 204
Disposition versions
204. Every person who contravenes section 4, the portion before subparagraph 1 of the first paragraph or the second paragraph of section 12.1, section 21, 25, 29, 36 or 43, the first paragraph of section 51, section 59, 99, 121 or 142, the third paragraph of section 192 or section 200 commits an offence and is liable, in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $2,000 to $100,000 or, in other cases, to a fine of $6,000 to $600,000.
204. Every person who contravenes section 4, 21, 25, 29, 36 or 43, the first paragraph of section 51, section 59, 99 or 121, the second paragraph of section 142, the third paragraph of section 192 or section 200 commits an offence and is liable, in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $2,000 to $100,000 or, in other cases, to a fine of $6,000 to $600,000.
204. Every offence against sections 10 to 14, 16, 19, 22 to 24, 26 to 28, 30 to 35, 37 to 42, 44 and 45, 52 to 54, 57 and 58, 60 and 61, 63 to 70, 72 to 78, 80 and 81, 83 to 87, 122 and 123, 125 to 129, 153 to 156, 194, 198 or 201 renders the operator liable to a fine of
(1) $2,000 to $15,000, in the case of a natural person; and
(2) $5,000 to $100,000, in the case of a legal person.
