120. Every 2 years, one quarter of the members of the monitoring committee, representing persons or bodies listed in subparagraphs 1 to 8 of the first paragraph of section 119 must be replaced by new members meeting the conditions of that paragraph.

120. The members of the monitoring committee representing the persons or bodies listed in subparagraphs 1 to 8 of the first paragraph of section 119 serve for a term of 2 years. At the expiry of their term, the persons or bodies must mandate new representatives to sit on the monitoring committee.
