153. A dealer holding a road vehicle dealer’s or recycler’s permit is exempt from the application of sections 254 to 256 of the Act.

153. A dealer referred to in section 151 or 153 of the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.2) is exempt, for the term of his licence, from the application of sections 254 to 256 of the Act.
