4. A nurse may engage in the activities referred to in section 2 if, before 3 May 2012, the nurse meets the requirements provided for in sections 2 and 4 of the Regulation respecting the activities contemplated in section 31 of the Medical Act which may be engaged in by classes of persons other than physicians (chapter M-9, r. 13).
