2. Following an inspection or an inquiry, the inspector sends a notice of classification to the owner or user. This notice shall be posted up in the stationary engine-room or in the control room. A copy of such notice is given upon request to any union representative for stationary enginemen in the employ of the owner or user of a stationary engine.
