Disposition versions
1. Members of the personnel of the Ministère du Conseil exécutif who, on a permanent or provisional basis, by interim or temporary designation, hold any of the positions referred to in this Regulation are authorized, to the extent that they act within the limits of their respective duties, to sign alone and with the same authority as the Premier or the Secretary General and Clerk of the Conseil exécutif, any deed, document or writing listed in the following provisions.
