Section 94 Disposition versions

94. A specific diagnostic radiology laboratory permit may be issued in any of the following fields of activities:

(1)  medecine;

(2)  dentistry;

(3)  podiatry;

(4)  chiropractry.

94. A diagnostic radiology laboratory permit may be issued for the following classes of laboratories:

(a)  general diagnostic radiology laboratory; or

(b)  specific diagnostic radiology laboratory in one or other of the following fields of activity: medicine, dentistry, podiatry and chiropractry.
