52. Every copy of a diploma, teaching licence, transcript or attestation of successful completion of training or an examination provided pursuant to this Chapter must be certified by the authority issuing the original document, unless the applicant proves that such certification is impossible to obtain, in which case a copy and an affidavit from the applicant to the effect that the copy is true to the original may be provided.

Every document provided pursuant to this Chapter and written in a language other than French or English must be accompanied by a French or English translation certified by a member of the Ordre professionnel des traducteurs, terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec.
