Section 17
Disposition versions
17. A candidate in the damage insurance sector or claims adjustment sector or in a class of these sectors may be exempt from the minimum qualifications prescribed under this Chapter in respect of this sector or sector class if, for a period of at least 1 year, he held a certificate that was issued or renewed after 1 October 2002 and he acted as a representative in such sector or sector class.
17. A candidate in a particular sector or sector class may be exempt from the minimum qualifications prescribed under this Chapter in respect of this sector or sector class if, for a period of at least 1 year, he held a certificate that was issued or renewed after 1 October 2002 and he acted as a representative in such sector or sector class.
17. A candidate in a particular sector or sector class may be exempt from the minimum qualifications prescribed under this Chapter in respect of this sector or sector class if he held a certificate for a period of at least 1 year that was issued or renewed after 1 October 2002 in such sector or sector class.
