2. Description: The ecological reserve established pursuant to section 1 consists of an island called Île aux Sternes situated in the St. Lawrence River downstream from Lac Saint-Pierre, opposite lots 10 to 22 in the Grand-Chemin Range of the official cadaster of the Parish of La Visitation de la Pointe-du-Lac.
