2. A member shall meet the conditions in subparagraphs a to c of paragraph 1 of section 1 within 3 years from the date of registration in the professional education program or the date of authorization to start a training period in public accountancy, whichever is earliest, or within a shorter period prescribed by the Order in accordance with Division V.
