The paper used to convert into hard copy the statement of offence intended for the defendant, the statement of offence intended for the judicial authority to be kept in the court record or the statement of offence intended for the prosecutor to be used as documentary evidence shall be such that the statement can be recognized as an original, either by use of paper of a special grain, or by means of a seal, an acronym, a code, a number, a mark or a distinctive indication.
The type size of the printer or the printing press, as the case may be, used to convert the statement of offence into hard copy shall be no smaller than 6 point.
