4. The public highways described in Divisions II to II.3 are shown in the maps attached in Schedule I. The maps are identified in the following manner: “section number”-“paragraph number”-“subparagraph number”-“paragraph number” of the description of the public highway shown.
In case of conflict between a map and a description, the description prevails.
