Section 56
Disposition versions
56. For the purposes of section 74 of the Financial Administration Act (chapter A-6.001), the Minister of Finance may make the provisions of this Chapter applicable to any savings product, declaring at the time of their issue whether they are unassignable or assignable and whether or not they may be charged with a movable hypothec.
