Section 3.1
Disposition versions
3.1. The account related to costs provided for in this Regulation must be sent by the health worker having provided the good or service or the enterprise within which the health worker works to the Commission within 180 days from the date of provision of the service, care, treatment or technical aid, or from the performance of the act related to another cost. In the case of a report, the 180-day period begins to run from the date on which the report becomes exigible.
