17. Cases and conditions in which a data processing agency may act as mandatary: A data processing agency may claim fees from the Board as the mandatary of an accredited professional or a member of an accredited group of professionals where the agency:(a) is duly authorized for this purpose by the accredited professional or the member of the accredited group of professionals;
(b) satisfies all of the conditions set out in sections 23 and 29;
(c) is remunerated for its services other than on the basis of a commission or a percentage of the amount of fees payable or paid by the Board; and
(d) complies with section 28.1.
