A-18.1, r. 7 - Regulation respecting standards of forest management for forests in the domain of the State
Section 39
Disposition versions
39. The construction of a bridge or the installation of a culvert or bridging is prohibited in a spawning area or within 50 m upstream of a spawning area indicated in the integrated forest development plan.
This section does not apply to an activity that is subject to an authorization certificate issued subsequently to a decision by the Government under section 31.1 of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2).
