12. A child who is a dependant of a brother, sister, uncle, aunt, grandparent or adult who has custody of the child under an order, except in the case of a foster family or a tutor appointed by the court under section 70.1 of the Youth Protection Act (chapter P-34.1), is a dependant of an adult other than the child’s father, mother or parents or one of them.
