HEALTH SERVICES AND SOCIAL SERVICES — CONTRIBUTION BY USERS

.
The contribution in the form of a daily sum is payable after an adult has been accommodated for 45 days
(
1
)
in a facility maintained by an institution operating a rehabilitation centre for alcoholics and other drug addicts; or
(
2
)
in a facility maintained by an institution operating a hospital centre, except where the attending physician certifies in the user’s record that active care is still required because of a particular pathology and where such certification is given every 30 days thereafter.
