TRANSPORT — SURPLUS IMMOVEABLE PROPERTY

In this Regulation, “surplus immovable property” means an immovable acquired by the Minister of Transport for which no use is contemplated during a period of 5 years.

The Regulation respecting the terms and conditions for the disposal of surplus immovable property of departments and public bodies (chapter C-65.1, r. 1) applies, with the necessary modifications, to surplus immovable property acquired by the Minister of Transport under the Act respecting the Ministère des Transports (chapter M-28).
