Regulation dividing Québec into regions for the purposes of elections to the board of directors of the Ordre professionnel des évaluateurs agréés du Québec
Professional Code
(chapter C-26, s. 93, par. e).
1. In order to ensure adequate regional representation on the board of directors of the Ordre professionnel des évaluateurs agréés du Québec, the territory of Québec shall be divided into 6 regions:
(a)  the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean-Côte-Nord region;
(b)  the Capitale-Nationale-Bas-Saint-Laurent region;
(c)  the Mauricie region;
(d)  the Estrie region;
(e)  the Montréal region;
(f)  the Outaouais-Abitibi-Témiscamingue-Nord-du-Québec region.

2. The territory of the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean-Côte-Nord region shall comprise regions 02 and 09 described in Schedule I of the Décret concernant la révision des limites des régions administratives du Québec (chapter D-11, r. 1).
The territory of the Capitale-Nationale-Bas-Saint-Laurent region shall comprise regions 03 and 01 described in Schedule I of the Décret concernant la révision des limites des régions administratives du Québec.
The territory of the Mauricie region shall comprise region 04 described in Schedule I of the Décret concernant la révision des limites des régions administratives du Québec.
The territory of the Estrie region shall comprise region 05 described in Schedule I of the Décret concernant la révision des limites des régions administratives du Québec.
The territory of the Montréal region shall comprise region 06 described in Schedule I of the Décret concernant la révision des limites des régions administratives du Québec.
The territory of the Outaouais-Abitibi-Témiscamingue-Nord-du-Québec region shall comprise regions 07, 08 and 10 described in Schedule I of the Décret concernant la révision des limites des régions administratives du Québec.

3. One director shall be elected to represent the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean-Côte-Nord region, 3 for the Capitale-Nationale-Bas-Saint-Laurent region, 1 for the Mauricie region, 1 for the Estrie region, 6 for the Montréal region and 1 for the Outaouais-Abitibi-Témiscamingue-Nord-du-Québec region.

4. A chartered appraiser shall vote in the region in which he principally practises his profession for the candidates of such region. He shall vote, in addition, for a candidate for the office of president in cases where the latter is elected by a general vote.

5. If the president is elected by a general vote, the board of directors shall consist of 17 persons including the president.
If the president is elected by a vote of the elected directors, the board of directors shall consist of 16 persons including the president.
