46. Where some or all of the activities of the Société are discontinued or if there is a shortage of work, an employee referred to in section 44 is entitled to be placed on reserve in the public service with the classification he had before he was transferred to the Société.
In such a case, the chairman of the Conseil du trésor shall, where applicable, establish his classification taking account of the criteria set out in the first paragraph of section 45.
